Hooked Goodies for Christmas

Good Morning~

I'm off to work this morning, but thought I'd do a quick post on some of my hooked goodies I've collected over the last couple of years. This santa rug was hooked by my friend Judy & I had to have it as soon as I saw it.

This mitten was one of the first hooked pieces I bought for my winter displays. I love that the prim star is not perfect.

Love this snowman!!

These little snowguys were a gift from my friend Judy. I just love them & hate when I have to pack them away each year.

A closer shot.

This little guy was also made by my friend Judy. She creates such wonderful things. I would love to have one of everything she creates, but I have to limit myself to one (sometimes 2) pieces each year.

Another Judy creation.

I love this last piece because it is so NOT perfect. I think the lady was a beginning hooker, but the mitten was too cute to pass up. It reminds me that we are all beginners at one point & even as we learn & become better at what we do~we are seldom perfect. We all have perfect days, but that is the exception in our daily lives~not the rule.

Here's hoping you all have a perfect day. Me~I'm off to work.

Oh, I love them! I have been wanting to
learn rug hooking for awhile now, so I
bought a couple books. Maybe this winter
I will be able to give it a try. Thanks
for sharing your awesome goodies!

Love all of them!! I have a rug hook pattern that I've had for a very long time, but have never started it. Seeing all of these has made me want to get it out and start it.
