Fabulous Recipe Found on Pinterest

Okay~so something is going on here. I have this wonderful underlining on my blog & can't get it off, so I'm just going to post like this. I know it's bad when my son can't figure it out.

Don't know what happened, but it's gone!! Yippee!! So while checking out pinterest for days & days, I decided to finally try one of the recipes that I pinned. I tried the Sweet & Spicy Bacon wrapped Chicken & it was fabulous!! The best part about it, was it was super easy to make & I had all the ingredients. This is before baking.

And this is after it came out of the oven. The only thing I would do different was put it under the broiler for a bit to crisp up the bacon. I think it would also be great on the grill.

If you would like to try this recipe, you can find it here http://diaryofarecipeaddict.blogspot.com/2011/07/sweet-spicy-bacon-chicken.html.

In other news, I'm on overnights for the next two weeks. Not looking forward to it.

Have a wonderful night all~Becky

Sounds like the perfect dinner for us. We are from Iowa and bacon is a staple here!
Bummer about the overnights. Mike worked that shift for 20 years and we got used to it. We still stay up until 1 or 2 in the morning and sleep until 10 or 11. Hate the alarm clock. Maybe in another 10 years we'll get on regular time.... NAH!
TFS.
