I Love My Mailman

I love my mailman. He brings me lots of wonderful goodies. Lookie what he brought me today. Lecia & I did a swap & my package arrived today.

Here are all my goodies still wrapped up.

Lecia sent me these 2 wonderful blue bonnets. Don't you just love them!! The pink one is another Lecia bonnet from an earlier swap. I love them all.

She also sent me this wonderful prairie stump doll. It's lovely & matches one of my bonnets. The americana candle mat is just perfect for summer decorating. Lecia made the doll & the candle mat too. She is one talented lady.

She also sent me some yummy smelling tarts from Black Crow Candle Company & this wonderful bunny made by Jean of Prim Crafts. I love bunnies & this one will fit in perfectly with my collection.

Thank you Lecia!! I love it all!!

A Bright Sunny Day

It was a beautiful bright sunny day today and even though I had to work, I really enjoyed the day. Spring is almost here. Take time to enjoy the little things.

I do think I need to buy some pastel M&Ms. The red & green ones just don't belong in my picture.

Basil Bunny, Hints, and A Winner

Good evening friends. I had a busy day today. Worked on some swap goodies & finished my Basil bunny challenge. Wendy at Ravenwood Whimzies supplied us with a basic rabbit pattern & challenged us to make a rabbit. I finished up my version today. I love how he turned out.

I had a hard time getting a good picture of him.

He's holding a sack of carrot seeds just waiting for Spring to arrive so he can do his planting.

I've also been working on some swap goodies & thought I'd post a teaser pic. I'm participating in 3 swaps right now & one of the ladies loves Fall/Halloween. This is a sneaky peak of something that will be heading her way.

This arrived in my mailbox today. I've heard a lot about it, but have never seen a copy until today. I have decided I need to subscribe. I love it. Rhonda was having a giveaway & I was one of the winners. The Spring issue was my prize. Thank you Rhonda!!

Tuesday Display Chain... Floral

Today is Tuesday & time for another display chain hosted by Misi at 1890 Gable House Musings. Well, I have to say, I don't have much to show. This is the only faux floral I have in my home. I know I've shown these pics before, but wanted to join in & that's all I've got.

After seeing what others have done with flowers, I'm ready to run out to the store to buy more.

I've been trying to be good & stay home & work on some projects. I've accomplished lots today. Yippee!! I'll show you what I can later this week. Some of the goodies are for swaps, so I'll show those after they're in their new homes. Can't have anyone getting sneaky peaks at what they're getting!!
