Good morning bloggin' buddies. It was a gloomy & rainy day yesterday, so I finished up a couple of things I had laying around the house. I made 2 of these wool pumpkins with Tom the turkey on them. This is another Country Stitches pattern. I love her patterns!
Sheep punch needle (also by Country Stitches). I mounted it on an old box I painted & stained.
Crow & star punch needle mounted on a drink coaster that was painted & stained.
And my final finish for yesterday, a punch needle house mounted on a basket I painted & stained to make it look older. Sorry the picture is a little blurry~A PHOTOGRAPHER I AM NOT!! LOL
I also have a few more yard sale goodies to share with you. An old milking stool. I will probably paint this & add a penny rug to the top.
A wooden cabinet for $5. This will probably get painted and primmed up.
Feed sack. I liked the graphics on the front. Not sure what to do with it yet. I would love to hear any ideas you might have for it.
An old framed print. I have an Americana themed hallway, so this will fit in nicely.
One of my favorite finds from the weekend. This stack of shaker boxes. They are not old, but for $2, I will find somewhere to put them.
It looks to be a beautiful day today except for being a little soggy from yesterdays rain. I have a stack of patterns to go through. I feel like making a dollie or two today, so I need to settle on which pattern to try. Have a wonderful day!!
Hugs~Becky

WOW! You found some great bargins at the yard sales. That cabinet is amazing for $5.00! I have yet to find great deals like that here in Portland.
Can't wait to see the finished products!
